Some recorded sessions may be subject to automated analysis (transcription and detection) for security and compliance with platform rules, including the prohibition of exchanging contact details (phone numbers, etc.) between clients and professionals outside the platform. The agency may be notified in the event of an alert.
Consultation recordings (phone calls, video when Replay option or a live session applies) are retained for six (6) months from the session date, then automatically deleted, except where required by law or ongoing proceedings.
